Marketplace orders

For products purchased on eBay or Whatnot, review the shipping charge, carrier, handling time, delivery estimate, insurance, return window, and eligibility shown in the final listing and order page before paying. Those marketplace terms control the transaction.

Inspect on arrival

• Photograph the unopened package if it appears damaged.
• Compare the item, holder, certification, and included packaging with the listing.
• Keep original packaging and marketplace messages.
• Do not clean, polish, open a sealed holder, or alter the item before resolving an issue.

Starting a return or claim
