Information you choose to provide

We may receive your email when you request a drop reminder or join the NumisTrends list; your name, contact method, and collection details when you request a review; and business information when you apply for dealer access or introduce a possible product, release, collection, or media opportunity.

Limited site activity

We record limited first-party events such as product views, saves, shares, marketplace visits, and reminder requests to understand which parts of NumisTrends are useful. These events use a random browser identifier and may include the referring website. They do not include your email, phone number, marketplace password, financial account, or full IP address. Hosting and security providers may create ordinary technical logs.

Your browser watchlist

The watchlist is stored locally in your browser. NumisTrends does not upload the saved-product list or use it to create a public profile. Clearing site data or changing devices may remove it.

Email preferences and consent

Retail and wholesale updates are separate choices. A signup remains pending until you use the confirmation link. We keep the selected list, interests, source, disclosure version, and timestamps needed to honor the request and prove the preference. An order, support request, wholesale application, collection request, or ordinary email does not by itself enroll you in marketing.

How we use information

• Deliver requested confirmations, welcome messages, reminders, and collector or wholesale updates.
• Acknowledge and respond to collection-review, dealer-access, order, privacy, and partner-introduction requests.
• Understand which products, guides, and channels are useful.
• Protect the site, prevent abuse, maintain email suppressions, and meet legal obligations.

When information is shared

We use service providers for hosting, data storage, site operations, and email delivery. They receive only the information reasonably needed for that service. When you continue to eBay, Whatnot, or another linked service, that service receives information under its own policy. We may disclose information when legally required or to protect rights and safety. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and choices

We retain information only as reasonably needed for the requested service, business records, security, consent history, suppression of unwanted email, or legal obligations. Every marketing message includes an unsubscribe route. An unsubscribe, complaint, or hard bounce suppresses future marketing, while necessary order, application, support, privacy, or security messages may continue. You may also ask to access, correct, or delete information through the private contact form.

Security, children, and changes

We use reasonable safeguards and limit access to personal information. No online system is risk-free. The site is not directed to children under 13. We will post material policy changes here with a new review date.

Use the NumisTrends contact form, choose “Privacy request,” and include enough detail to identify the relevant record. The request routes privately without displaying an email address.
